In Dreamerie, open Settings, then About, and tap Contact support. It writes the email for you and can attach the app’s log, which helps us see what happened on a night.

Or email support@dreamerie.app. We aim to reply to every message, though this is not always possible.

Is something down?

If Dreamerie says Can’t reach Dreamerie but your other apps work, our server is having trouble. Check the status page. The show that’s playing keeps going, Dreamerie plays shows it lined up earlier, and the night picks up again on its own once we’re back.
